Return Policy
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and 21 days after receiving your item to return the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at cory@crowtakeswing.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return item form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item(s) must be returned in their original, unused state to be eligible for refund. A refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s) in perfect condition. This refund includes the initial shipping purchased from the buyer, but not for the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions /
non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as soap, balms or salves), and items on sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
I do not accept exchanges, however, you may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
